Wizard Software Solutions Ltd is committed to making wizardapplication.com and Wizard Application™ (the “Service”) accessible to as many people as possible, including those using assistive technologies. This statement expands on the accessibility commitment in our Terms & Conditions.

Compliance standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG is built around four principles: content should be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust. We use these principles to guide design and development decisions across the website and the Service.

What we have done

• Used semantic HTML so that headings, lists, and landmarks are identifiable by assistive technology.
• Made primary navigation and interactive elements operable by keyboard, not just by mouse or touch.
• Provided text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Checked colour choices against WCAG AA contrast thresholds for text and key interface elements.
• Supported browser and operating-system text resizing and zoom.

Assistive technology compatibility

We aim for the website and the Service to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.

Guidance for blind and low vision users

If you use a screen reader, the website is built with semantic landmarks, including a main content region, primary navigation, and footer, so you can jump between them using your screen reader’s landmark navigation rather than reading the whole page in order. A “skip to main content” link is also provided at the very start of every page, so keyboard and screen reader users can jump straight past the site navigation without tabbing through it. Headings are used to structure content, so you can also navigate by heading. Meaningful images carry a text description; images that are purely decorative are marked so your screen reader can skip them. Text and key interface elements are checked against WCAG AA contrast thresholds to support low vision users, and the website supports browser and operating-system zoom and text resizing if you prefer larger text.

Current status and known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some areas may not yet fully meet every success criterion. We regularly review our interfaces and prioritise fixes as they are identified. Known limitation areas include:

• Some third-party embedded content, for example video players, may not fully meet our accessibility standard.
• Certain complex data visualisations may not have complete text alternatives.
• Some older parts of the Service are still being updated to current accessibility standards.
• Some documents made available for download may not be fully accessible.
