Sub-processors
The third parties that process customer data on our behalf to run Wizard Application™.
Wizard Software Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”) uses a small number of trusted third parties to host and run Wizard Application™ (the “Service”). Where one of them processes personal data that our customers put into the Service, it acts as our sub-processor. This page lists them, what they do, and where they process data.
This page should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, our role as controller or processor, and the safeguards we use for international transfers.

Content sent to OpenAI through the Service is not used by OpenAI to train its models. Our AI Data Usage & Training Statement explains this in more detail.
Services you choose to connect
The Service also works with third-party products that you can choose to connect to your own account. When you connect one, data moves between the Service and that product on your instruction, under your own agreement with its provider. These are not our sub-processors, and none of them receives your data unless you connect it:
- Accounting: Xero.
- Google Workspace: Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Meet, and signing in with Google.
- Microsoft 365: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, and signing in with Microsoft.
- Your own AI provider: if you connect your own account with an AI provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, Groq or OpenRouter, AI requests go to that provider instead of our default.
- Taking payments from your customers: your own Stripe or PayPal account, used to collect payment of invoices you send.
Our website
Our marketing website, wizardapplication.com, uses Google Analytics and Google Ads only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies. These do not process the data you store in the Service. Our Cookie Policy explains them.
International transfers
Customer data is stored in our primary United Kingdom and European Economic Area regions. Where a sub-processor above processes personal data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this list
We update this page when we add, replace or stop using a sub-processor, and change the date at the bottom of the page when we do. If you have a question about a change, contact us at legal@wizardapplication.com.
Data Processing Agreement
Customers who need a Data Processing Agreement for their use of the Service can request a copy by emailing legal@wizardapplication.com.
