Acceptable Use Policy
How you may and may not use Wizard Application™, and the standards we expect from everyone using the Service.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how you may and may not use Wizard Application™ (the “Service”), a product of Wizard Software Solutions Ltd. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly and in line with this Policy.
Acting responsibly
The Service is provided for legitimate business use. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, and for ensuring that everyone you invite to your workspace uses the Service in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
Things you must not do
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload, store, generate or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or discriminatory.
- Process personal data unlawfully, or use the Service in a way that breaches data protection or privacy laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, to other accounts or to our systems, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
- Distribute malware, send spam or unsolicited messages, or carry out fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Infringe intellectual property rights, or copy, resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
- Harass, impersonate or deceive any person, or otherwise misuse the Service to cause harm.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage our reputation or goodwill
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access the Service except through our provided APIs
- Carry out security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without our prior written authorisation
- Send phishing communications or otherwise attempt to deceive users into disclosing sensitive information
Recruitment and candidate data
Where you use the Service for recruitment, you must:
- Handle candidate and employee information fairly and lawfully, and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided.
- Comply with applicable employment, recruitment and equality legislation, including the Equality Act 2010.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for right-to-work checks.
- Ensure all job postings are accurate and not misleading.
- Comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations.
Use of AI features
Our AI features are designed to support legitimate work and include built-in safeguards. You must not attempt to use them to produce content or imagery that is explicit, harmful, hateful, deceptive or otherwise unlawful, or to circumvent these safeguards. Wizard AI will politely decline requests that fall outside acceptable use. You can read more on our AI Transparency page.
Enforcement
If we believe the Service is being used in breach of this Policy, we may investigate and take appropriate action — including removing content, limiting or suspending features, or suspending or terminating accounts — as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Where required, we will also cooperate with law enforcement.
