Gamma is an AI-first tool for presentations, documents, web pages and social posts. You describe what you want, Gamma writes and designs it, and you refine the result. Wizard Application Studio Editors also uses AI to draft decks, but it starts from a different place: the customers, invoices, pipeline, jobs and projects already in your workspace, with data blocks that stay live until you freeze them.
If you are choosing between them, this guide sets out how they compare and which suits which kind of business.

Where Gamma is strong
- Fast from idea to deck. Gamma is built around generation, so a rough idea or a long document becomes a designed presentation in minutes.
- More formats from one prompt. The same tool makes documents, web pages and social posts as well as presentations.
- Publishing to the web. Pro plans can publish to custom domains, so a deck can work like a small website.
- Imports. Existing PDFs and PowerPoint files can be imported and reworked.
Where Wizard Application is different
- Decks built from your own numbers. Data blocks pull revenue, invoices, customers, open jobs, placements, pipeline by stage, tickets and more straight from your workspace, refresh when you present and can be frozen for a board pack.
- First drafts from your workspace. Wizard AI can draft an investor update, a monthly review, a client review or a recruitment update around your real figures, and only uses numbers that exist in your workspace. AI drafts use AI credits.
- One place for the files you make. Images save to your media library and PDFs can be filed straight to the candidate, job or company they belong to.
- Included, not another subscription. Studio Editors is part of every plan, including the free Starter plan, alongside your CRM, projects, HR, help desk and invoicing.
- Figures you do not have to type. Gamma writes from what you give it. Studio data blocks read the figures from your records, so this month's revenue or open jobs are already correct when the deck opens.
Which should you choose
Gamma may suit you better if you want AI to produce polished decks, documents and pages from ideas and notes, and your content is not mainly your own operating figures.
Wizard Application may suit you better if you present the same business numbers every month or quarter, to investors, clients or your own team, and want them pulled from live records in the workspace you already run.
When you are ready to try it with your own figures, create your free workspace, see everything on the Studio Editors page or compare plans.
