Wizard AI™ is now a registered UK trade mark. The name belongs to the intelligence at the heart of Wizard Application, and registering it protects everything it stands for.
What Wizard AI is
Wizard AI is not a bolt-on chatbot. It is built into every part of Wizard Application, so it does the work with you, in the place the work happens. The same Wizard AI that drafts a contract in Documents screens applicants in Recruitment and proposes automations in Blueprints, with no switching tools and no copying context between them.
- It creates. Generate first drafts in your tone of voice, ready to edit, or create leads, orders, tasks, forms and content from a single request in plain language.
- It understands. Drop in a PDF, an image or a scan and it pulls out what matters, turning an invoice into an order, a CV into a candidate record or a receipt into a logged expense.
- It answers. Ask a question and get an answer grounded in your own documents, knowledge base and past tickets, not the open internet.
- It automates. Hand off the repetitive work and keep the decisions, with Wizard AI steps inside your Blueprints workflows.
Built to work under your rules
Wizard AI can only see and change what the person using it is already allowed to. Anything that creates or changes a record is described first and waits for your approval, and every AI feature has its own toggle in settings, alongside spend limits and usage alerts.
Why the trade mark matters
Registering the name protects it. When you see a product or service called Wizard AI, you can be confident it comes from us and is built into Wizard Application, which is also a registered UK trade mark.
What changes for you
Nothing changes in how you use Wizard AI. Every plan includes a free monthly allowance of Wizard AI requests, and it keeps working across the platform exactly as it does today.
