Pitch decks that use your real figures
The deck editor is built around your own data. Add a data block to any slide and choose from 17 live sources across your workspace, such as revenue collected, invoices outstanding, open jobs, placements, pipeline by stage or your top customers. Blocks show as headline figures, monthly charts, breakdowns or tables, and they refresh when you open, present or export the deck. When a board pack needs to stay exactly as it was on the day, freeze the figures instead.
- Layouts that fit together. Fourteen slide layouts, from title and agenda to market, team, roadmap, pricing and data, all sharing one design system.
- One change, every slide. Pick light or dark, an accent colour and one of five font pairings, and the whole deck updates.
- Your brand by default. On Professional and Enterprise, the brand kit takes your logo and colours from your branding settings, with your choice of font pairing and where the logo appears.
- Fine control when you want it. Align, distribute, layer, lock, duplicate and undo, with images from your media library.
Let Wizard AI write the first draft
Describe the deck you need and Wizard AI drafts the outline and slides for you. Or start from your workspace: an investor update, a monthly review, a client review for one customer or a recruitment update, written around your actual figures. Wizard AI only uses numbers that exist in your workspace and leaves out charts it has no data for, so you are editing a draft rather than checking invented figures. AI drafts use your AI credits.
Present, share and export
- Present with confidence. Add speaker notes to any slide and open the presenter view, with the current slide, the next slide, your notes and a timer on a second screen.
- Work on decks as a team. Share a deck with colleagues at view, edit or admin level, using the same roles and permissions as the rest of your workspace.
- Send a link and see what happens. On paid plans, create a public link for a client or investor, label it, and see how many times it was viewed, how far each viewer got and how long they spent. Revoke it whenever you like.
- Take it anywhere. Export to a PDF with searchable text on every plan, or to PowerPoint with editable text and shapes on a paid plan. Speaker notes come with both.
An image editor with Wizard AI built in
The image editor covers the everyday jobs without a separate design subscription. Work in layers with brushes, shapes, text, crop and fill, adjust levels and colour, and apply filters. Start from one of around 40 sizes for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and web banners.
Logo maker
Need a logo for a new business, a product or an event? Switch Wizard AI to Logo, describe what you do and choose a style: minimal, modern, vintage, playful, corporate, hand drawn, geometric or mascot. You get a logo idea on a clean background that you can refine with the editor's text, shape and colour tools, then save to your media library.
