AI Employee Is Now Live in Wizard Application

Most AI tools sit in a chat window waiting to be asked something. As of 12 September 2026, Wizard Application lets you hire an AI employee instead: a teammate with a role, a department and a reporting line, working inside the same workspace as everyone else.

Managed like a person

Creating an AI employee looks like creating any new starter. You give it a name, a role and a department, then choose who it reports to. It takes its place on your organisation chart, not on a separate dashboard, and the people it reports to are the people who oversee its work.

  • A written purpose. A short description of what it does shapes every reply, so two AI employees with different remits never sound the same.
  • No password to manage. An AI employee cannot sign in. Its replies go out through a generated workspace address that is never emailed to it.
  • Kept away from sensitive areas. Roles that carry user administration, settings, the password vault, deletion or anything that spends money are never offered to an AI employee.

Help desk replies in its own words

Point it at the help desk and it answers tickets from the articles and past tickets you already have, rather than a generic script. You decide how much freedom it has:

  • Draft and wait for approval. Every reply is written and held for the people it reports to. They can edit the wording, then send it or discard it. Nothing goes out until one of them does.
  • Reply automatically. For routine questions you trust it with, it sends replies itself.
  • Take no action. Keep it set up but switched off until you are ready.

Keeps sprints on track

Make an AI employee the scrum master for a project and it checks in with developers, asking whether their tasks will finish within the sprint. It always checks in on the last day of the sprint, and you can set it to check in more often. When an answer suggests a task is at risk, it flags it to a person. It never moves tasks, changes sprints or reassigns work.

Limits you control

Every AI employee works inside caps you set. Choose the most replies it may write in a day and the most it may cost in a month, and it stops itself when it reaches either one. Pausing it stops all activity immediately while keeping its mode, reporting line and limits in place, so switching it back on puts it straight back to work.

Available on Standard and above

AI Employee is available on the Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans. An AI employee takes a seat on your team, just like a person, and its limits stay in your hands. If you are on one of those plans you can hire your first AI employee today. If you are new, you can start a free trial.
