Most small shops run their till in one system and everything else in another. Stock is counted twice, customers live in two places and the takings never quite match the books. Point of Sale puts the counter in the same workspace as your orders, products and customers.
Open Point of Sale from Sales and the till fills the screen. It runs in a web browser on a laptop, desktop or tablet, so there is nothing to install.
Built for the counter
The till is designed for speed when there is a queue. Products show as large tiles with their photos, grouped by category, and search finds them by name or SKU as you type.
- Scan from anywhere. Use a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner without clicking into a search box first.
- Options in one tap. Products with options such as size or grind open a quick picker.
- Live stock. Stock levels show on every tile, so you never sell what you do not have.
- Keyboard shortcuts. Search, charge, park and finish a sale without reaching for the mouse.
Cash or card. Or both.
Tell the till what the customer handed over and it works out the change, with quick buttons for the exact amount and common notes. Take card payments on your own card machine and record them on the till, or split a payment between card and cash.
Discounts work on a single item or the whole basket, with a reason recorded for each. Every sale starts on your default tax rate from your workspace tax rates, and you can choose a different rate for a single sale.
Receipts your customers can keep
Print to an 80mm receipt printer or on A4, or email a copy straight from the till. Receipts carry your business name, address and VAT number, and the email uses a template you can edit. Any past receipt can be reprinted or sent again from Sales.
Refunds and parked sales
Find the sale, choose what is coming back and refund it item by item, to cash or card, with the reason recorded. Refunded items go straight back into stock.
If a customer steps away to find one more thing, park the sale and serve the next person. Parked sales can be picked up again on any device.
Cash up in minutes
Count the float into the drawer when you open. Cash paid in and out during the day is recorded, and at closing the till shows the cash it expects next to what you counted, with any difference highlighted. The end of day report covers sales, payments, refunds, discounts and top products, and every till session is kept so you can look back at any day.
One system. Not another app.
Till sales sit alongside your other orders, and the till sells from the same products and stock as your website store, so a sale at the counter updates stock everywhere. Attach a sale to a customer record when you know who is buying, and use roles to decide who can sell, who can refund and who can cash up.

Point of Sale is included on every Wizard Application plan, including the free Starter plan. You do not need special hardware. A barcode scanner and a receipt printer are optional.
